Tropical Depression 3 forms in Gulf of Mexico, could become Tropical Storm Cristobal

On the official first day of the 2020 hurricane season, which has already spun up two named storms in the Atlantic, the National Hurricane Center issued its first advisory on Tropical Depression 3 in the Gulf of Mexico.
