Atlantic storm breaks up, but new storm could emerge in Gulf of Mexico

Sunday morning, the National Hurricane Center warned that Eastern Pacific Tropical Storm Amanda, which had just moved inland over southeastern Guatemala, had a good chance of reforming in the Gulf of Mexico after it breaks up over land.
