Stormy Tuesday in Central Florida, as system over state has 20 percent chance of tropical development

The skies of the Sunshine State are expected to be dark this week and filled with widespread showers and thunderstorms thanks to a looming system with a 20 percent chance of becoming a tropical storm, according to the National Hurricane Center.
