Tropical Storm Arthur now a post-tropical cyclone; will still send big waves to Florida

Tropical Storm Arthur lost steam becoming post-tropical on Tuesday after gaining strength since Monday, but the system is still projected to turn south toward Bermuda and send swells back to Florida this week.
