Grace downgrades to tropical storm over Yucatan, Henri is growing, Fred lingers as flood threat

Grace downgraded into a tropical storm after making landfall early Thursday along the Yucatan Peninsula as a hurricane and is spreading a dangerous storm surge onshore, according to the National Hurricane Center’s 11 a.m. update.
