Tropical Depression Grace continued its westward march and is forecast to bring heavy rain to the Dominican Republic and an earthquake-ravaged Haiti Monday afternoon, according to the National Hurricane Center’s 8 a.m. update. Meanwhile, the eighth tropical depression of the season formed overnight in the western Atlantic.
