Apopka police arrest driver in fatal hit and run

Pablo Hernandez-Santa Cruz is facing charges of leaving the scene of a crash and tampering with evidence from the March 24 crash. A man, who hasn’t been identified, was walking in the 300 block of Main Street and was hit and killed.
