‘It was torture’: 11-year-old boy saved from abuse by server at Orlando restaurant, cops say

Flaviane Carvalho, a waitress at Mrs. Potato Restaurant, notified Orlando police about an 11-year-old boy who appeared to have been abused. Police later described the extent of the abuse as "torture."
