Armed man barricaded in hotel room on International Drive surrenders, deputies say

Orange Sheriff’s deputies worked for over six hours Thursday afternoon into the evening to coax an armed man out of a hotel room on International Drive after the man refused to leave the property, a spokesperson for the agency said.
