Hurricane Epsilon weakens to Category 1; expected to blow past Bermuda today; a Caribbean system could affect Florida

Hurricane Epsilon has weakened further Thursday morning into a Category 1 storm but the hurricane’s eye has shown signs of better structure as Epsilon′s tropical-storm-force winds are expected to affect Bermuda later in the evening. Meanwhile, a system closer to Florida is gaining higher odds of development in the Caribbean.
