Hurricane Delta, back down to Category 2, set to slam into storm-battered Louisiana

Bruised by two storms already, Louisiana is preparing Friday for the landfall of a slightly weakened Hurricane Delta as it cuts through the Gulf of Mexico with rain bands already flying over the state as well as Texas.
