Hurricane center: Caribbean system’s chance of development rises to 50%

The tropics are quiet Tuesday morning, but the National Hurricane Center is expecting an area of pressure to emerge in the next five days and has a 50/50 chance of becoming the next tropical depression or tropical storm of 2020.
