Tropical Depression 22 forms in Gulf; Hurricane Teddy strengthens into Cat 4 storm

As Sally weakened into a post-tropical cyclone Thursday evening, Hurricane Teddy strengthened to a “dangerous” Category 4 storm while the National Hurricane Center continues to monitor a crowded Atlantic basin with four other systems churning.
