Tropical Depression 19 forms off Florida’s coast; parts of state under tropical storm watch

Tropical Depression 19 developed off the coast of Florida on Friday evening prompting the southeast coast of the Sunshine State to be put under a tropical storm watch, the National Hurricane Center said.
