Central Florida man detained by deputies offered to team up for bias training seminar: report

After a Central Florida man was detained by Volusia County Sheriff’s Office for matching the description of a suspect, Sheriff Mike Chitwood offered the man last week to team up with VCSO for a training service on implicit bias.
