Tropical Storm Laura appeared more disorganized as it moved over Puerto Rico on Saturday morning, but it's still expected to transform into a hurricane once it passes over the Caribbean islands, according to the National Hurricane Center's 8 a.m. update. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Marco, which formed late Friday night in the northwestern Caribbean, is picking up strength as it targets Mexico and Texas.
