Member says Orlando citizen board lacks ‘teeth’ to enforce police accountability

Amid nationwide demands for greater community oversight of police agencies, members of the citizen board tasked with oversight of the Orlando Police Department on Wednesday lamented their lack of authority to enforce accountability.
